Private Parties & Corporate Events
 

• 1-Hour Performance: $425
   

• Multi-Hour Performances: $295 / hour (for 2 or more hours)
   

• Marriage Proposals: $285 – $395 (Customized based on location, timing, and song requests—enquire for details)
   

Event Logistics, Travel & Booking Policies
 

• Included Travel: Up to 150 km round-trip from base location is included in all packages.
   

• Extended Travel Rate: $0.75 / km (applied to round-trip mileage exceeding the included 150 km buffer).
   

• Included Transition Buffer: Bundled packages (Ceremony & Cocktail) include up to a 30-minute gap between performance sets at the same venue for sound system relocation.
   

• Idle Wait Time: If your schedule requires an extended gap of more than 30 minutes between the ceremony and cocktail hour, idle wait time is billed at $80/ hour (calculated in 30-minute increments) to hold your date and remain on-site.
   

• Multi-Location / Venue Cartage Fee: $85

  • Applies when the ceremony and cocktail hour are held at two separate venue addresses requiring double equipment teardown, transport, and re-setup.
     

• Statutory Holidays: A 15% surcharge applies to events booked on statutory holiday weekends.
   

• Pricing & Commitment: Rates are carefully calculated based on performance time, high-grade audio setup, travel overhead, and custom preparation. While I am happy to discuss your specific event logistics and timeline, package pricing is firm to ensure the highest standard of delivery.
   

• Reserving Your Date: A signed agreement and retainer are required to hold your date on the calendar. Final balances are due prior to the event date.
